This djembe generates an amazing range of sound from thunderous low-pitched bass and natural middle tones, to high pitch slaps. This is a professionally built, musician-quality djembe drum that creates an old world sound that is natural, warm, and full-bodied; a sound that synthetic heads can't produce. Their 24 inch x 12 inch (height/head) Deep Carved djembe drums are precision lathe cut from hard to find, oversized, one-piece sections of mahogany. Sageman professionally tunes each drum prior to shipping and use custom made stretch resistant rope. Finally, prior to shipping, each drum receives a coat of orange oil that helps preserve the world-class carvings.		 Only:
